About The School
SAINT MEERA PUBLIC SCHOOL was established on 1st May 2004 at Paranda District of Dharashiv, consequent upon the zeal of Dr. Pratapsinhji Patil. To realize the dream of his illustrious Father, Dr. Vedprakashji Patil, (Ex. Chancellor of Vasantrao Nike Marathwada Agricultural University, Parbhani, Maharashtra). The School is under the Bhairavnath Nisarg Mandal, which Dr. V.K. Patil heads. S. M. Public School is recognized by the Education Department of Zilla Parishad, affiliated with the Maharashtra government. It conducts classes from Nursery to Std. XII. It has plans to extend up to the higher secondary level. As of today, the school educates over 200+ students, many of whom achieve outstanding academic results and secure admission to prestige colleges. In addition to academic excellence, the school focuses on equipping its students with essential life skills and ensuring they are well prepared for the future.
Aim/Purpose
The founders of St. Meera Public School were driven by a deep commitment to support underprivileged communities and strengthen the youth of our nation. The school is built on the principles of public welfare and the upliftment of socially and economically backward regions. The School aims to educate the people of Paranda and extends its services to the people in the neighbourhood. The school lays great emphasis on academic performance, character formation, and all-round comprehensive development of the students. The school’s purpose is to provide quality education and ensure that its students succeed in achieving greater goals in the future. By empowering the youth from villages and small towns, we can collectively contribute to building a stronger, more inclusive society.

S.M. PUBLIC SCHOOL is an institution where the epitome of academic excellence and motivation for the next generation grows. S.M.P.S. has inculcated self-confidence. Enthusiasm, social skills, self-discipline, positive attitude, traditional and organized approach to problem solving.
Recently, Paranda has grown into a “center of education” for rural areas attached to Paranda city. There are various Marathi medium schools in the city, but an English medium school was necessary, because today’s age is the age of competition and technology. Considering the importance of the English language, S.M.P.S. was opened.
S.M.P.S. believes that every child has distinctive, exceptional qualities and helps them to explore their hidden talent and skills through different channels. Genuine efforts taken by S.B.N. offer an ideal forum for all this to occur in an efficient & effective manner.
